Shipping policy

We ship PAN India and offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. Occasionally, we also provide free shipping on all orders as announced in the Offers section of our website. For orders below ₹1,000, standard shipping charges will apply at checkout.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is final.

Cash on delivery Policy

For all cash-on-delivery orders , an additional handling fee of 50 INR plus shipping charges (if there ) will be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 7 days from the date of your order, it will automatically be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care through mail , phone & whatsapp support in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds & Replacement Policy

You are entitled to a 100% replacement of your order in case you received something other than what you have ordered , your order reached you in a damaged condition or any other genuine reason (final decision to be taken by us ).

The replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery of order by reaching our customer care team . The Product must be in an unused /unopen state before seeking a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of receiving the Product.

If the products is opened , used or not its in original state , we do not offer a refund or replacement for opened products due to hygiene concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
